I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission in cases of disrespectful behavior or violation of these terms.

Comissions prices may vary depending on complexity, deadlines and workload.

Estimated completion times are not exact and may change depending on project scope or personal circumstances.

Clear references and descriptions must be provided before work begins.

A 50% deposit is required before starting the project. The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.

Payments are accepted through the agreed platform/method only.

Additional charges may apply for: rush deadlines, complex animation or additional scenes.

Final files will be delivered after full payment is received.

The client may not claim the work as their own and must provide proper credit when applicable.

The client may not use the work for AI training or NFTs.

I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio and social media unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is agreed upon beforehand.

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.

Partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of completed work.

No refunds will be given after final delivery.
